Conversation Exporter for Gemini processes exports locally in your browser. Small Fix Software does not collect, receive, sell, or share your conversations or personal data.

1. Scope
This policy describes how the Conversation Exporter for Gemini Chrome extension handles information when you export the active conversation from Gemini.
2. Information the extension handles
Conversation content
After you start an export, the extension reads the active Gemini conversation, including prompts, responses, supported rich content, loaded citation details, attachment names, and older messages Gemini reveals on demand.
Page address
The active Gemini conversation URL can be included in your exported document when the source-link option is enabled. It is not transmitted to Small Fix Software.
Export preferences
Format, message filter, layout, paper size, labels, timestamps, contents, source-link, and filename choices are stored locally in your Chrome profile.
The extension does not read, request, log, or store passwords, cookies, session tokens, or other authentication information.
3. How information is used
Information is used only to create the file you explicitly request. The extension reads the currently open conversation, verifies that every discovered prompt and response was captured, applies your options, and prepares a PDF, Markdown, HTML, or JSON file locally in Chrome. If completeness verification fails, no partial file is saved.
Conversation content is not used for advertising, analytics, model training, profiling, personalization, marketing, or any unrelated purpose.
4. Collection, sharing, and sale
Small Fix Software does not collect or receive user data. No conversation content, page address, browsing activity, or export preference is transmitted to Small Fix Software or to any third party. The extension does not sell user data and contains no advertising, analytics, tracking pixels, or third-party SDKs.
5. Storage and retention
Conversation content is held in browser memory only while the requested export is prepared and is not retained by the extension afterward. Exported files remain wherever you choose to save them. Preferences remain in local Chrome storage until you restore defaults, clear extension data, or uninstall the extension.
6. Security
Website access is limited to the supported Gemini HTTPS origin. All executable code is included in the extension package; the extension does not download or execute remote code and makes no developer-controlled or third-party network requests.
7. Your choices
You control when an export begins, which messages are included, and where the resulting file is saved. You can cancel an export, delete exported files through your operating system, restore preferences, or uninstall the extension at any time.
8. Limited Use
Conversation Exporter for Gemini's use of information received through browser and website APIs complies with the Chrome Web Store User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements. Data is used only to provide or improve the extension's disclosed conversation-export functionality.
